I make use of what I have learned from this book more than any other book. There are some things in Holdem that you can know, and this book covers those things. The writer works out most of the conceivable situations at the table. But the thing about this book, if you go through, you will be able to calculate the odds in situations that might not be found in this book. I would say this book is geared towards people who don't like math or who have math anxiety. I say that because the writer works everything out completely--nobody of average intelligence or even of slightly below average intelligence will have trouble with this book. The writer does not only give examples, but he also has exercises that go along with every sections, and the answers to the exercises are worked out as clearly as the text.
